Scaggs Field

Scaggs Field, nestled in the heart of Meridian Community College’s campus, is widely regarded as one of the premier junior college baseball venues in the country. Home to the Eagles’ baseball program, the facility provides a first-class atmosphere that consistently draws strong crowds and creates one of the top game-day environments in NJCAA baseball.

Named in honor of MCC’s first president, William “Bill” Scaggs, the field reflects both the rich history and its tradition of excellence on the diamond. Over the years, Scaggs Field has been the backdrop for one of the nation’s most respected junior college baseball programs.

The facility blends tradition with modern enhancements, featuring the iconic “MCC” displayed in rocks beyond left-center field, a turfed infield, Musco LED lighting and a state-of-the-art videoboard. Combined with its central campus location, Scaggs Field offers a standout setting for players and fans alike.
